Titania Wine Cellar - Global Fine Wine Importer Since 1982 TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Terms and Conditions govern engagement and transactions with the Titania Wine Cellar website. Your engagement and transactions reflects your agreement, and therefore bounded, to the following terms and conditions. TRANSACTIONS The site may ask you to supply certain information relevant to your product or service purchases including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. In doing so, you declare that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any transaction on the site; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. In the event that one or more of the items purchased is unavailable for any reason, a replacement item will be suggested. In the case that the price of the replacement item is greater than the original item, the difference must be paid for in cash or bank deposit prior to receiving the order. In the case that the price of the replacement item is less than the original item, a refund of the difference will be processed. All these will be processed by a company representative. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Please check all items are correct and in acceptable condition upon delivery as returns shall no longer be accepted once delivery has been duly signed received. Request for returns made within 24 hours of delivery shall be considered but not guaranteed. Request for returns made outside 24 hours or items that have already been opened shall not be accepted due to product exposure, storage, and handling that are already outside our control. Costs incurred for returning items, if any, shall be discussed and agreed upon by all parties prior to confirmation of request for return. Items on ‘Sale’ or ‘Promotion’ are not eligible for return, replacement, refund. DELIVERIES Delivery shall be made within 2 business days from order confirmation to the delivery address stated on the sales order path where you or a representative shall receive the items. A maximum 15 minutes wait time from time of arrival shall be given in case there is no response or acknowledgement at the delivery address. A company representative will attempt to contact you during the said timeframe and if we are not able to get in touch with you or your representative, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery and items will then be available for pick-up at our main cellar along Yakal St., San Antonio Village, Makati City.
